Traditional Asian medicine treats the physical complaint and the entire system, including the mind and spirit. This approach aims to facilitate changes on multiple levels and focuses on the meridians and energy pathways in the body.

Our lives should be intentional; we should use our words and choices as blessings to all, especially ourselves.

We, as enlightened and intentional beings, have the power to create a positive change. We can build bridges across differences by fostering dialogue, cooperation, and respect, ultimately leading to social harmony and peaceful coexistence.

Happiness is an elusive state, and unhappiness is something we all experience at times. But understanding why we're unhappy, which physical and spiritual laws we may neglect, is a journey worth embarking on.

The mindset that separates us from our great Mother is the same one that provides an opportunity, wriggle room in our minds, to negate our responsibility to her. It doesn’t revere and honor what she provides us. Nor does this mindset feel the pain we inflict upon her.

Define yourself as the unique being you are, distinct from societal expectations. Treat yourself as the precious being you are, entrusted with the care of your well-being. Vibrate frequently through prayer and meditation, connecting with the higher power within.

An intentional Time Out can be experienced anywhere and can be any length of time.

As we explore our customs, we can't help but marvel at the generations who have kept them alive. It's a connection to our heritage that can be passed down to future generations.
