Trust and Allow

Trust: the firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something. Could you give the necessary time or opportunity for Divine Timing? Oh, and ‘allow’ doesn’t mean procrastination.

Trusting in Spirit has taught me to be open to any messages, even ones that would have scared me or I would have said, ‘That can’t be for me because I am not worthy'’ Those messages have been instrumental in my leveling up spiritually.

It made me examine the words more closely. Who are we trusting? What are we trusting them with? It also made me realize that I was trusting myself more: my intuition, confidence, and connection to Spirit. This, in turn, honed this skill.

Then what are we allowing? How do we know it’s right? Where do we feel truth in our bodies? I always feel truth in my heart space like a subtle calm sea. Now, it is a distinct, calm presence.

It leads me to the power of these words. Did you know there is power in all words? Who remembers the adage, ‘Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me’?

Now, we know the truth. Hurtful words are insidious. They wiggle their way into our minds and hearts, undermining the worthiness and beauty that is ours from birth.

Soon, we believe this as truth, and

HOW I THINK affects MY FEELINGS.

MY FEELINGS affect MY EMOTIONS.

MY EMOTIONS affect MY BEHAVIOR.

MY BEHAVIOR affects MY ACTIONS.

MY ACTIONS affect MY EXPERIENCE (all the outcomes of my life).

Our lives should be intentional; we should use our words and choices as blessings to all, especially ourselves.
